Water Heater Installation In Rock Creek Junction, Missouri

Edward from Bright Side Plumbing just left our house less than 30 minutes ago after replacing our water heater that broke today. He also put in a water pressure regulator and a new quarter-turn shutoff valve at our water source in our house built in 1978. This was a wonderful experience from the first call this morning to final sign off and paying with Edward. I called at 9:14 this morning, Edward was here by 10:30, and the work was all done shortly after 1pm. I would recommend Edward and Bright Side to anyone.

(Update: I will only ever call Bright Side for any plumbing issues, we've called them several times in the past year and they consistently exceed expectations. Plumbing issues aren't fun, but knowing that you don't have to scour the internet and gamble on whether or not the company you hire will deliver the quality and transparency you expect everytime something goes wrong with the plumbing is incredibly valuable. I'm very thankful that when it comes to plumbing, I'll never have to worry about whether or not I hired the right guys for the job ever again!) Bright Side Plumbing replaced a stretch of clay pipe for us to remedy a blockage that had sewage backing up into our basement. James came out the same day I called, and was very personable and professional. James and Kalen both were very communicative and acknowledged a property line issue that KB Plumbing had either not thought of, or just neglected to mention. Bright Side Plumbing also encouraged me to look at the scope so I could see what was going on inside the pipe for myself whereas KB plumbing did not invite me to do so. The quote for the work we needed done was slightly cheaper through KB Plumbing, however KB required an additional expense for renting a smaller excavator in lieu of removing a portion of our neighbor's fence, an expense that was not necessary through Bright Side. Ultimately James' and Kalen's upfront, communicative, personable and professional demeanor in addition to communicating the property line issue and letting me view the scope made choosing them for the job an easy choice. Kalen and his team made an incredibly stressful situation infinitely more palatable, and Bright Side Plumbing will absolutely be my first and only call for any future plumbing issues.

We moved into a house with lots of plumbing issues and James from Bright Side Plumbing has helped us IMMENSELY. Service has been reliable, affordable, and high quality. The first plumbing company we had out here (not Brightside) was for a water heater install and I had a couple issues with them. I feel like I was being gouged and the installation was missing a few finishing touches that James from Brightside noticed immediately and fixed for us. James has also been very friendly and given great advice so that I can do some of the more simple plumbing repairs myself. So far, we've had him out for a sump pump installation, to fix a leak in a kitchen sink, and to repair a faulty shutoff valve from our main water line. We will keep using Bright Side for any future plumbing calls.
